12V HEATING & COOLING SPLIT SYSTEM
Specify both comfort modes in your sleeper-cab project. EcoMax 3S combines a GMCC twin-rotary compressor with separate indoor and outdoor units, giving US fleet buyers a 12V option to evaluate for cooling and heating.

FROM CAB LAYOUT TO POWER PLAN
A semi-truck installation starts with the actual tractor and duty cycle. Align your installer, maintenance team and purchasing team on these details before ordering a production batch.
Build a common specification before scaling across vehicles, branches or dealer locations.
Confirm the 12V model, included parts, installation scope, operating conditions and delivery destination.
Agree on sample quantities and acceptance criteria, then capture installation, comfort and energy results.
Request a confirmed parts list, packaging, labeling, warranty terms, service parts and applicable documentation.
Use the approved sample to agree on production quantity, lead time, shipment terms and service support.
Cooling capacity is 2,200 W, with rated electrical power of 588 W and rated current of 20–49 A. Heating capacity is 2,000 W, with rated electrical power of 624 W and rated current of 22–52 A. Capacity is thermal output; electrical power is the input load.
Fit must be reviewed for the specific tractor model, year and sleeper layout. Provide indoor and outdoor mounting dimensions, cab photos, service clearances and the proposed 12V power source. The split layout does not establish universal vehicle compatibility.
The 2,000 W heating rating alone does not establish low-temperature performance. Provide your minimum ambient temperature and comfort target, and request operating limits and validation for the proposed configuration before specifying it as the sole heating source.
Plan for both operating modes and the other parked-cab loads. Cooling and heating use different input-power and current ratings. Confirm the auxiliary battery, recharge schedule, protected wiring and low-voltage protection settings with the installer, then measure real energy use in a pilot.
